The leading geospatial innovation event driving development in Latin America
The Esri User Conference (EUC) has consolidated itself as the most important event of the geographic information systems (GIS) in Colombia and the region. Year after year, it brings together thousands of professionals, experts, and leaders from different industries to explore how the geospatial technology drives digital transformation in sectors such as energy, health, agriculture, transportation and sustainability.
The challenge was to design and execute an event that would not only meet, but exceed the expectations of Esri and a specialized audience in technology, innovation and digital transformation. A comprehensive experience was required that would combine creativity, advanced technology, high-level logistics and an environment that would enhance interaction among attendees.
From Guiowe are leading the planning, marketing, branding, ephemeral architecture, production, logistics, and experiences. of the event, achieving an innovative and functional staging of the event, achieving an innovative and functional staging in the Agora Bogotá. BTL activations, interactive technology and state-of-the-art audiovisual techniques were integrated. In addition, we implemented Connectify, our event management platform, which allowed Esri monitor metrics in real time, optimizing decision making.
