Café Origen Dorado 2022: Brand Design for a Coffee with History and Territory
Café Origen Dorado is a Colombian brand that represents the best of origin coffee: quality, traceability, tradition and commitment to the territory. From its cultivation in coffee growing regions such as Huila, Nariño, Tolima, Quindío and Magdalena, to its processing plant and distribution channels, the brand seeks to position itself as a symbol of excellence, authenticity and sustainability in the national and international market.
Guio led the creation of a solid and differentiating visual identity for Café Origen Dorado in 2022. The challenge was to build a brand system that communicated the values of origin coffee -authenticity, quality, sustainability-, projecting trust in all channels and brand contact points.
A new branding The project included a complete corporate identity manual that included logo, typographic system, chromatic palette, visual uses, background applications, and guidelines for coherent communication. In addition, corporate pieces such as cards, letterheads, envelopes, digital signatures and other graphic collaterals were designed. The visual identity, with a palette that combines gold, deep green and magenta, evokes elegance, territory and tradition. This graphic system positioned Golden Origin as a premium brand with a clear sense of place and purpose.
Café Origen Dorado today has a robust identity that reflects its essence and purpose. At Guio, we strengthened the positioning of this brand with a strategic branding work that connects the flavor of the coffee with its origin and history.
