The GIS Community Driving Territorial Transformation
The Esri Colombia Regional User Conference (RUC) is a series of events that take place in different cities of the country, such as Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali and Medellín. These meetings bring together professionals, industry leaders, and experts in geospatial technology to share knowledge, experiences and the latest innovations in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
The main challenge is to design and execute consistent, high-impact events in multiple cities, adapting each experience to the regional context without losing the unified brand identity. EsriIt is essential to create environments that foster interaction, learning and collaboration among attendees, ensuring flawless logistics and a memorable experience at each location.
From Guiowe take care of the ephemeral architecture, branding, BTL experiences, logistics and production of the CRU throughout the country. We design functional and aesthetically coherent spaces, we implement interactive activations that promote the active participation of the attendees and we manage the logistics to ensure the success of each event. Our intervention allows each CRU year after year, to develop smoothly, strengthening Esri's presence in the regions and consolidating its user community.
Esri Colombia's CRUs have established themselves as key events for the dissemination and adoption of geospatial technologies in the country.
