Global Challenges and Solutions for the Coffee Sector

The First World Forum of Coffee Producers, made in 2017 at Medellín, Colombiawas a global milestone that brought together more than 1,500 participants from 40 countries, on producers, union leaders, government representatives and international experts. The forum focused on analyzing the economic, social, and environmental challenges affecting the coffee industry and to propose collective strategies for their sustainability in the long term.

From Guio We took on the challenge of producing, organizing and designing an event that would world class, creating a setting that would match the historical importance of the meeting. The goal was to provide a space for effective dialogue, projecting the relevance and urgency of the issues discussed in an environment conducive to the global collaboration.

We design and build memorable scenographies, We coordinated a high-level logistical production and organized every detail to ensure the smooth flow of the event. The ephemeral architecture developed for the forum reflected the essence of the coffee sector and its global impact, strengthening the message of sustainability and cooperation.
